Vanessa was instrumental in guiding my 15-member Board to visualize opportunities for strategic growth that will position our professional association to meet the changing needs of our members. Over the course of several days she led us through facilitated group learning activities culminating in a new Board structure and vision. She helped us lift our collective heads to visualize the future and provided us with tools to make it a reality.
